4R Business System Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
4R Business System (“4R”) operates the website www.4r.business (the “Site”) and makes its services available to you subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). 4R may update these T&Cs from time to time without giving you prior notice. You must also not use www.4r.business to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other services who are competitors of 4R Business System.

While 4R Business System reserves the right to monitor and edit or remove content it deems inappropriate, 4R Business System generally does not monitor or control content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content. 4R Business System strictly prohibits any form of spamming, which refers to abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited mass messages, and includes but is not limited to spam in emails, instant messaging, blogs, wikis, mobile phone messaging and forums. Should you be found to have engaged in spamming, your account will be terminated immediately. For your convenience, 4R Business System may allow you to use and/download some of its software products, tools and utilities as part of the Services it provides. 4R Business System does not make any assurances or accepts any liability in relation to the accuracy of results and/or output obtained from such tools and utilities.
Any software made available via the 4R Business System Site is subject to any applicable license agreement or user agreement or the documentation that accompanies the software or is included with it (“Licence Terms”). If software is made available on or through the 4R Business System Site and is not licensed for your use subject to Licence Terms specific to the software, you may use the software but you must not modify or alter it in any way; and you must not copy, reproduce or redistribute it in any way.
You bear all risks associated with using any content available on the Site or through the Services. This includes any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
The Services and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected. The use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by 4R Business System and/or its technology providers. 7. Member Account, Password and Security
If a Service requires you to create an account, you must complete the registration process by providing 4R Business System with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the respective registration form. You must also choose a password and a user name. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password as well as all activities carried out using your account. You agree to immediately notify 4R Business System of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 4R Business System will in no way be liable for any loss that you may incur because of someone else accessing your account. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by 4R Business System or another party due to someone else’s access to your account. Furthermore, you must not use anyone else's account without the account holder’s permission.

4R Business System does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to it or post, upload, input or submit to its Site or any Services for view by the general public or members of any public or private community (“Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting materials or content, you grant 4R Business System, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use such submissions in connection with the operation of 4R Business System business. This includes but is not limited to the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your submissions; to publish your user name in connection with your submission as well as the right to further sublicence such rights to 4R Business System providers.
4R Business System will not pay any compensation for such submissions and is under no obligation to post or use any submissions you might make. Further, 4R Business System may remove any submission at any time at its sole discretion. By making a submission, you represent and warrant that you fully own or otherwise control all the rights to your submission.
11 Unsolicited Submissions of Ideas
4R Business System does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas of any kind. Please do not submit any ideas, materials, original artwork, samples, demos or other works to 4R Business System. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes should 4R Business System products or marketing strategies seem similar to ideas submitted to 4R Business System. If you send 4R Business System your materials and ideas despite our request to refrain from doing, please understand that it makes no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.
